Camp David is full of nice surprises. Nothing like you might expect form the name - this venue is very much on the sophisticated end of the scale, with sumptuous seating, wooden floors, a spiral staircase, flickering candles set into little alcoves and gentle, flattering lighting that helps smooth away the week's wrinkles on a Friday night.
